Complink UK supports several Derbyshire schools and is
experienced in working with schools software and hardware.
We work together with teachers in each school to develop
stable computer networks.

Complink UK offer 2 support Options
1. AD - HOC
A pay as you go at Complink UK Standard hourly rate.
2. Yearly charge per computer and laptop covers time spent on trouble shooting and reconfiguring systems.
This does not include replacement of defective parts.
With option 2 we can also specify a day/days a month to come on site, as well as coming when required.
Allowing for planned support visits.
All schools are currently on option 2 as it a fixed budget contract.
This encourages teachers to call out our technicians with the knowledge that cost is fixed.
It is our prefered option as it allows us to provide a higher level of ongoing service.
